Constitution of Foundation with Foundation Deed

The foundation is a legally capable foundation under civil law and is subject to the Hessian Foundation Act StiftG HE 1966

The chairmanship of the Board of Directors shall alternate as follows:

- in odd-numbered years by the Mayor of the Town of Witzenhausen

- in even-numbered years by the Managing Director of DITSL GmbH
